I am a Home Designer specializing in drawing house plans, remodel plans and modifications to purchased plans. I, also, consult at the construction sites, help in choosing materials for the job or any help that is needed. I provide plans as well as a detail book with all the details explained, including renderings showing how the finished project should look.
The homes shown on this web site are examples of my work. Both of which are for sale. The home on the golf course is where I currently live, this is an example of a home that I drew form the ground up. It is actually a combination of ideas in about 6 different houses that I had seen over time. In this situation I drew the plan, was the contractor, the faux finisher and the interior desinger. My main job is drawing the plans.
The condo on the Tennessee River is an example of a remodel job. I purchased the condo and "gutted" it, removing walls, and most everything in it and put all new everything back. I did the drawings for the remodel as well as served as the contractor on this job as well.
I have other samples of other jobs if anyone is interested. These homes are the mediterranean style but I work with clients on whatever style is their favorite.
